Do you require a deposit? If so, how much? When is the balance due?

Yes we do. We require 50% upon booking if your event is over 1 month away from the inquiry date. The balance will be due 14 days before your event date. If your event is less than 1 month away from your inquiry, we require full payment. 

We talked about decor for my event. How do I confirm my order?

Orders are confirmed with a deposit/payment, a confirmation message, and/or a filled out and signed order form (order forms apply to rentals). 

How far in advance should I book?

We book up months in advanced. As soon as possible is always best to ensure we can allocate a time slot and have all necessary supplies. Floral arrangements need 3-5 business days.

Do you sell deflated balloons and custom colours?

Yes! Pick up is in Schomberg or shipping rates apply. 

I’d like to cancel my order. What happens to my deposit?

All deposits are non refundable and non-transferable. Please understand that time has been spent and supplies have been purchased or set aside for your event. 

Do you price match? Can I get a discount?

Our prices are highly competitive given the quality of our products. Our prices are non-negotiable. 

Do you have any packages/bundles?

We offer a package price on balloon decor only if using our rentals. 

Do you have a price-list?

Although we have a guideline we follow, we do not have a public price list. Every order is unique and therefore every order will cost a different amount. A quote will be given upon consultation. 

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept E-transfer, cash or any major credit card.

Do you offer delivery?

Delivery is only offered on orders that reach a minimum amount. Delivery fees apply depending on location. 

Is pick up an option? Where are you located?

Pick up is an option for all balloon orders. Pick up is located in Schomberg. Rentals require delivery, install and pick up from our team. 

Will the balloons fit in my car?

Depending on your order size, you will typically need an empty SUV with the back seats down. We will let you know if you need a larger vehicle. 

My event got cancelled due to Covid. What happens to my payment/deposit?

Typically, all deposits are non refundable and therefore lost. Given the circumstances, we are keeping deposits as a credit for any future event for up to one year of the original event date. If you made a full payment, we will send back 50%.
